MiracleMMR Overview
Medication Management Review Software for the non-Accredited and Accredited Pharmacist.
MiracleMMR© is simple, functional and allows data entry portability via a handheld device.
MiracleMMR© is compatible with both the Palm™ operating system 3.5 to 4.X and the Windows™ operating system devices from version 98 onwards.
MiracleMMR© currently does not support Windows Vista.
MiracleMMR© will assist non-Accredited Pharmacists gather information for analysis and reporting by an Accredited Pharmacist. The program will also guide and support domiciliary and aged care facility reviews conducted by Accredited Pharmacists.
MiracleMMR(C) software meets all requirements as set out by the AACP on conducting a DMMR or 'Home Medicines Review'. Furthermore, the software complements Domiciliary Medication Management Reviews (DMMRs) undertaken in accordance with the Professional Practice Standard on DMMRs in the Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP).
Entering data in nearly all fields will help to highlight potential deficiencies in the patient’s regimen and/or understanding of therapy. This in turn should help the pharmacist identify problems or discrepancies on which to base findings and recommendations. Other fields are designed to prompt the pharmacist for follow-up.
Statistical capabilities will allow the pharmacist to search for trends in a vast array of areas ranging from patient demographic details to prescribing trends and intervention types and rates.
